An 86-year-old male presented with a basal cell carcinoma on his left preauricular cheek. The cancer was removed by double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Leah Spring with 4 stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with an rhombic flap.
