Support patient visits, prep exam rooms, assist with procedures, and help patients feel informed and comfortable from check-in to check-out.
Assist Dr. Spring during Mohs and cosmetic surgical procedures, manage sterile technique, and support patients through same-day surgical care.
Process and prepare tissue specimens for Mohs and pathology review with precision and strict attention to lab protocol.
Serve as the first point of contact for patients: scheduling, check-in, insurance verification, and setting the tone for every patient’s experience.
