A 67-year-old female presented with a basal cell carcinoma to her right upper lip. The cancer was removed by double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Leah Spring with 2 stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with an advancement flap.
