A 77-year-old male presented with a squamous cell carcinoma to his left hand. The cancer was removed by double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Leah Spring with 3 stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with an rhombic flap.
