A 59-year-old female presented with a basal cell carcinoma on her infraorbital cheek. The cancer was removed by a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, Dr. Leah Spring, with 2 stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a linear closure.
